All the features of our SURESEAL Tapping Saddles for DI Pipe in a coated saddle. Available in 100mm and 150mm sizes.

 

For use where a maintenance type tapping saddle is required, these are available in a range of sizes for diameters from 80mm to 300mm.

Rapid Tap Main Tapping Kit

Supplied in a case, includes Rapid Tap Drilling Tool complete with 20 and 25mm PPFNR Adaptors and 20 and 25mm Tipped Drills, Ratchet Spanner, Valve Key, Barrel Spanner and Adaptors for 20 and 25mm Ball Valves.

Major Tapping Kit

Supplied in a case, includes Major Tap Drilling Tool, Ratchet Spanner, 32mm TPFNR Adaptor, 40mm PPFNR Adaptor; 50mm PPFNR Adaptor, 32mm Tipped Drill, 40mm Tipped Drill, 50mm Tipped Drill and Valve Key.

WATGAS Boring Machine

Supplied in a case, includes Major Tap Drilling Tool, Ratchet Spanner, 80/100mm Flange Adaptor; Spindle Extension, Clearance Valve, 80mm Tipped Drill and 100mm Tipped Drill.

Tapping Kit Parts

We offer a range of replacement, spare and extra parts for our tapping kits including insert bushes, hole saws, tools, adaptors, drills and gaskets.

 

Used to provide a seal between tapping band/saddle and the mains pipe, insulation bushes are available in a range of sizes to suit 20mm - 50mm installations.

 

Used when dry tapping or tapping into a service connection before the pipe is put into service.

Available in a range of 20mm to 50mm thread outlets.

 

PFNR Ferrule Cocks are used for tapping a mains supply pipe under full pressure conditions. These cocks incorporate a non-return jumper valve and a high density polyethylene closing plug. Available in capped and bonnet configurations in a choice of union outlet or poly connector.

Available in a range of 20mm to 50mm sizes.

 

Ferrule Bonnets are used to convert a PPFNR capped to a PPFNR bonnet, as a standard replacement part for standard ferrules or converting a stop tap to a ferrule bonnet.

Available in a range of 20mm to 50mm thread outlets.

 

Ferrule bends for connecting ferrule cocks to supply lines. Available in capillary copper connection, flared copper compression nut connections, Male BSP thread (all available in a range of 20mm to 50mm outlets), and Female BSP thread connections (available in 20mm and 25mm thread outlets).
